Oh god , how can this feeling attacks me again. i miss him so much, tears drop from my eyes now. i don't know why i feel so far away. hun, do you miss me now? i just want to know that =], coz i miss you here, i even can't sleep now, really..

banyak dari kita minum air,.tapi bukan air putih melainkan sudah berbentuk racikan,..dan mengapa dokter menganjurkan kita untuk minum air putih
MEngapa kita harus minum air putih minimal 8 gelas sehari.
ini penjelasan ilmiah nya..

Well, sebenarnya jawabannya cukup "mengerikan" tetapi karena sebuah pertanyaan jujur harus dijawab dengan jujur, maka topik tersebut saya tampilkan dalam forum hari ini. Kira-kira 80% tubuh manusia terdiri dari air. Malah ada beberapa bagian tubuh kita yang memiliki kadar air di atas 80%. Dua organ paling penting dengan kadar air di atas 80% adalah : Otak dan Darah.

Otak memiliki komponen air sebanyak 90%, sementara darah memiliki Komponen air 95%. Jatah minum manusia normal sedikitnya adalah 2 liter sehari atau 8 gelas sehari. Jumlah di atas harus ditambah bila anda seorang perokok.

Air sebanyak itu diperlukan untuk mengganti cairan yang keluar dari tubuh kita lewat air seni, keringat, pernapasan, dan sekresi. Apa yang terjadi bila kita mengkonsumsi kurang dari 2 liter sehari...? Tentu tubuh akan menyeimbangkan diri. Caranya...? Dengan jalan "menyedot" air dari komponen tubuh sendiri. Dari otak...? Belum sampai segitunya! wihh bayangkan otak kering gimana jadinya..., melainkan dari sumber terdekat : darah. Darah yang disedot airnya akan menjadi kental. Akibat pengentalan darah ini, maka perjalanannya akan kurang lancar ketimbang yang encer. Saat melewati ginjal (tempat menyaring racun dari darah) ginjal akan bekerja extra keras menyaring darah. Dan karena saringan dalam ginjal halus, tidak jarang darah yang kental bisa menyebabkan perobekan pada glomerulus ginjal. Akibatnya, air seni anda berwarna kemerahan, tanda mulai bocornya saringan ginjal. Bila dibiarkan terus menerus, anda mungkin suatu saat harus menghabiskan 400.000 rupiah seminggu untuk cuci darah.

Eh, tadi saya sudah bicara tentang otak 'kan...? Nah saat darah kental mengalir lewat otak, perjalanannya agak terhambat. Otak tidak lagi "encer", dan karena sel-sel otak adalah yang paling boros mengkonsumsi makanan dan oksigen, lambatnya aliran darah ini bisa menyebabkan sel-sel otak cepat mati atau tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya..(ya wajarlah namanya juga kurang makan...). Bila ini ditambah dengan penyakit jantung (yang juga kerjanya tambah berat bila darah mengental...), maka serangan stroke bisa lebih lekas datang. Sekarang tinggal anda pilih : melakukan "investasi" dengan minum sedikitnya 8 gelas sehari - atau "membayar bunga" lewat sakit ginjal atau stroke. Anda yang pilih...!
TIPS dan Trick air minum sehat
Beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperoleh manfaat maksimal air adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Minum empat gelas air putih begitu terbangun untuk shalat shubuh
2. Berhenti mengonsumsi makanan selama 45 menit setelah minum air, baru kemudian boleh menyantap sarapan
3. Berhenti mengonsumsi makanan selama dua jam dalam bentuk apa pun setelah makan pagi, baik berbentuk cair maupun kasar. Hal yang sama juga dilakukan pada jam makan siang dan malam
4. Setelah makan malam tidak boleh mengonsumsi apa pun
5. Jika empat gelas air putih dirasa terlalu berat, terutama bagi yang telah lanjut usia, dapat digantikan sedikit demi sedikit dan berhatap sampai dapat menghabiskan empat gelas sekaligus.

Jangan Terpengaruh Isu Prediksi Gempa di Lampung

Eni Muslihah - Bandar Lampung, Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) mengimbau warga di Lampung untuk tidak terpengaruh atas isu gempa dengan kekuatan besar.

Demikian dikatakan Kepala BMKG Propinsi Lampung, Bambang Nova Setyanto di Bandar Lampung, Rabu (7/10).

Ia menegaskan, masyarakat Lampung jangan termakan manajemen isu yang dibuat oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, karena hal itu hanya akan mengeruhkan suasana dan membuat keresahan pada masyarakat.

"Saya imbau kepada masyarakat jangan mempercayai isu tersebut," tandas Bambang.

Dalam isu melalui pesan singkat yang beredar di Bandar Lampung, diprediksi akan terjadi gempa di Lampung pada siang hari ini sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB dengan kekuatan 8,2 SR.

Masyarakat yang menerima informasi prediksi adanya gempa diimbau untuk mengkonfirmasinya secara langsung kepada BMKG Branti atas nama Bambang Nova Setyanto melalui nomor telepon 0812791045 atau BMKG Kotabumi dengan 0724-22870. (der)

Yoochun was the last member to join. He is the third oldest member of the group. He was born in South Korea, but live in America for several years. He use to live in Fairfax, Virginia. Bio:

Yunho was the second member added in the group. He is also the second oldest. He got his spot in TVXQ by winning a dance competition. He trained at SM Academy for 4 years before he debuted with Tong Vfang Xien Qi. Before joining TVXQ he was a rapper and a backup dancer for the K-Pop singer Dana. He has been a background dancer for several other Korean artist and a few Chinese artist. Yunho is the leader of the group. He choose his stage name, U-Know. It was created from his Korean name Yunho. It was intended to mean “Yunho knows you” in regards to understanding the other members of the group.

Changmin is the youngest member of TVXQ. He was the fourth member added to the group. He, like several other members, got his spot secured in the group by winning first place in a contest. He wowed the judges of the contest with his powerful voice. He was training at SM Academy for 2 years prior to his debut. He was training to be a solo artist. His stage name is Choikang Changmin. In Korea, Choikang means “the best”. That’s why his English counter part is Max, short for Maximum.

Junsu was the first member of Tong Vfang Xien Qi. As a young boy, he loved singing in church. He was brought to SM by a televised talent search, in which he won first place. He trained at SM Academy for 6 years before debuting with TVXQ. He was scheduled to debut with another group earlier but due to some trouble with his voice he wasn’t able to. He choose his stage name himself. Xiah (pronounced shee-a), is short for the Korean word for Asia (pronounced a-shee-a). He choose that name because he wanted to become a star in the entire continent of Asia.

Jae Joong is the oldest member of the group, Tong Vfang Xien Qi. He was the third to be added to the group. Jae Joong was selected out of a contest of 5,000 people as the “best voice” and “best face”. He trained with SM Academy 3 years before debuting with the group. The stage name he uses was told to him by a fortune teller. “Youngwoong” was the name that means Hero in Korean.
